How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payments partner, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or
- Email us at sdg21@acaregiverscorner.com and we'll help you get it sorted.
After the refund window
After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and Paddle's — for example, in the case of a billing error or duplicate charge. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or via Paddle's customer portal; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
