How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payments partner, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  • Or manage your subscription through the billing portal from your profile page.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or through the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
